Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque
At Mudbar we always want to share what we love. Be it the local produce, our favourite live performers, or the beautiful space we have to offer. In this instance, we want to share with you our beloved late Mel Cameron's all-time favourite Champagne, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque. We have been awaiting the arrival of this wine to show off its gorgeous hand-painted bottle and of course, the special wine that is encased. We hold these treasures close to us but we absolutely can't wait to share it with you.

NV Grand Brut $182
An outstanding wine for any celebratory occasion. Complex flavours of light honey and roasted nuts add character to a generous core of ripe yellow fruit. Our absolute favourite to pair with Tasmanian oysters and our delicate white fish dishes. A very versatile, poised champagne and a whole heap of fun.

2014 Belle Epoque $498
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque is an icon of the House. Produced only in years when, in the judgment of the Cellar Master, the seasons have aligned perfectly, it is a captivating demonstration of the art, exceptional quality of the Perrier-Jouët vineyard and meticulous wine making. The bouquet of fruit includes fresh peach and poached pear all put together with a crisp acidity and accompanying toasty brioche notes. The 2014 vintage blend contains 50% Chardonnay from Cramant and Avize, 45% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and 5% Pinot Meunier from Dizy.
