FRONT OF HOUSE
Shake up a storm in our stylish cocktail bar, present customers dishes created with the finest local produce, and recommend and pour fantastic wines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and long to be part of a passionate hospitality team – this position is for you!

BACK OF HOUSE
Prepare modern, carefully crafted dishes using the finest local produce. Whether you are an apprentice, cook, or qualified chef we are on the lookout for you!
Requirements
- Have a keen interest in all things hospitality.
- Possess a professional attitude towards work.
- Adore Tasmanian local produce.
- Believe the customer should always come first.
- Experience in food preparation in a commercial kitchen / similar role.
- Practical understanding of health, safety, and hygiene in a kitchen environment, including safe food handling, storage, and manual handling techniques.
- Are excited to be part of an evolving workplace.
- Are eager to grow and learn the Mudbar way.
