6 At restaurant We always want to share what we love. Be it the local produce, our favourite live performers, or the beautiful space we have to offer. In this instance, we want to share with you our beloved late Mel Cameron’s all-time favourite Champagne, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque. We have been awaiting the arrival of this wine to show off its gorgeous hand- painted bottle and of course, the special wine that is encased. We hold these treasures close to us but we absolutely can’t wait to share it with you.
