This Father’s Day weekend, bring Dad and the family together for a waterfront dining experience at Mudbar. This year, we’re serving a Korean BBQ Board packed with bold flavours, premium Tasmanian produce and meat cooked over the chargrill.
At the centre of the board is charred Wagyu porterhouse sourced from our own Mudbar farm, accompanied by chargrilled chicken breast, tossed sesame greens, chopped chilli and spring onion. Nuoc cham and gochujang complete the spread, bringing together savoury, sweet, tangy and spicy flavours.
Join us for lunch or dinner on Saturday 5 or Sunday 6 September. Dinner sittings begin from 5pm on both days.
